During September 2014, Rick Despain, National Account Director for AlertSense, attended the Idaho Association of Counties (IAC) 2014 Annual Conference in Moscow, Idaho. The conference was a great opportunity for AlertSense to introduce itself to new potential clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones.
The 2014 IAC Annual Conference was held in Moscow, Idaho September 15-17. This year’s theme was Focusing on the Future. AlertSense was the only mass emergency notification system provider/exhibitor present at the conference.
The nearly 200 conference participants were comprised mostly of county commissioners, treasurers, sheriffs, clerks, coroners, and assessors. Many of the attendees stopped by and visited the AlertSense booth.
“The conference was a great opportunity to introduce AlertSense to potential clients,” Mr. Despain said. In addition, “we showed our current clients that we are here to serve,” said Despain.
The attending county commissioners, sheriffs, and treasurers saw firsthand the AlertSense solution and how it effectively provides notifications via geo-targeted R911 landlines, cell phones, texts, e-mail, social media, and mobile applications. They also learned that AlertSense, which is Idaho based, is dedicated to supporting the IAC membership and taking its home-state market seriously.
