Curtis Reese
VP of Customer Experience

Curtis serves as the VP of Customer Experience for AlertSense. He leads the customer service team and is responsible for customer onboarding and on-going support for all business segments.

He has 30+ years of customer and developer support experience, with 28 of those years working for Hewlett-Packard's LaserJet Printer and Indigo Digital Press Technical Marketing organizations. During the early portion of his time there, he contributed to the success of the LaserJet Products as Technical Team Lead in the LaserJet Customer Service organization, and subsequently the LaserJet Developer Programs organization.

Prior to joining AlertSense, Curtis served as the lead custom software solutions technical consultant for HP Indigo's Technical Marketing group. He was responsible for the overall support experience many of HP Indigo's largest clients who provided digital press printing services for Blurb, Apple iBooks, Shutterfly and Snapfish.
